Grandparents and their families are invited to Ireland's Great Hunger Museum on Feb. 3 for a day of fun and learning.
Grandparents Day is set to begin with a guided tour at 10:30 a.m. The event will allow families to learn about the Great Hunger, an important event in Irish History. All day, children will be able to decorate family trees and create "grandparent interview questions," having the opportunity to learn more about their grandparents and ancestors.
The event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
